Joelle C. Hanley

Joelle has managed property in Marin County since 2001. From 2001 through 2011 she managed Rafael Town Center, a 300,000 square foot mixed-use complex, consisting of residential apartments, office and retail space. After Rafael Town Center she worked with the Robert Butler Company, managing multi-family properties throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties. Joelle was an active member of the San Rafael BID for over 6 years, an active PTA board member, Booster President and has been involved with other local charities.

Matthew Brown

A local expert, Matt Brown has been active in North Bay commercial real estate since 1986. His insight and regional market knowledge have contributed to the successful completion of hundreds of lease and sale transactions in Marin and Sonoma counties. Matt is community minded, civically active and strives to build positive, long-term relationships with his client base. With a strong focus on the Northbay Matt is able to direct his energy toward the needs of owners and tenants in their local communities. His most recent civic accomplishment is as a member of the San Anselmo Town Council.

Michael Lieberman

Michael has represented sellers and buyers and landlords and tenants. Using strong analytical abilities and broad real estate expertise he has assisted his clients in investment and user sales, project market analysis and planning, and project leasing and user representation. He has also served as an expert witness for both plaintiff and defendant attorneys in commercial real estate cases and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Michael is also a past director of both the Marin Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors, and is an avid runner, player of Americana and bluegrass music, and has been active in the community as a youth soccer and basketball coach and a volunteer in the public school system.
